Go to the Zune site: zune.net
Sign in with your Xbox Live account (the same EXACT email/password) and navigate to the upper-right and click your GT and then "MY PROFILE", click the middle where it says "Edit profile", then click "Chane Picture", pick one and then save.
BAM! You now have a Zune exclusive gamerpic and all your friends will be jealous and you shall be pelvis high in cocain and desirable female sexual partners.

Sorry about that, I guess you need to own a actual Zune MP3 player to change your gamerpic to those pics. ):

I tried changing it on the Zune site, and it didn't work. I own a Zune, too.

How long does it usually take for it to appear as your picture?

I really want the heart skullcrossbones ones but they're not working on gpi =/
